Customer Experience management is the art and science of coaxing lifetime loyalty from daily transactions.

Enterprise-grade functionality and consumer-class experiences - B2B software expectations are higher than ever.

Even in the world of enterprise software, it’s important to remember that products are used by people. Today’s B2B software user has extremely high expectations, set by their consumer experiences. Expensive tools with problematic interfaces will be replaced by new competitors with better design.

The consumer-quality enterprise experiences created by the TIBCO UX Team were strong enough to sell to our enterprise customers. Offering consumer-class design along with world-class software worked to drive deal revenue and resulted in several award-winning consumer-facing applications.

While, at RingCentral, user-facing UCaaS applications in telephony, video and messaging earned multiple Webby, Lovie and W3 awards.

At TIBCO, we took the approach that the more our interfaces felt like the experiences business users had in their consumer lives, the more we’d achieve a pull-though adoption on our rollouts.

Hero images on software landing pages feel like web-app experiences, and images of people help users feel engaged and part of a community.

Here is TIBCO Vault, a cloud storage product UI which was redesigned to more prominently feature a recognizable user image and a stronger call to action. In this case, inspiration came from social media branding.

Compare the result to the previous implementation.
